Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 September 2026

This policy covers the information you give us when you apply through this page. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for: your age range, where you are, whether you would work from the studio or from home, what you are comfortable doing on camera, the hours you could give it, your first name, email address, phone number, and any photos you choose to attach.

We also record which advert or link brought you here, so we know what is working.

Why we collect it

To decide whether to invite you to an interview, and to contact you about it. We do not sell it or rent it. The one thing that leaves the studio is the advertising measurement described under Cookies and advertising below, and that never includes your answers or your photos.

Who sees it

The small number of people at Studio 4 who review applications, and the service providers who host the form and send our email. Meta receives only the scrambled details described below, never your answers or photos.

Photos

Photos attached to an application are used to review that application and for nothing else. They are never published, never shared outside the studio, and are deleted if you are not taken on or if you ask us to delete them.

How long we keep it

Applications that do not lead anywhere are deleted within twelve months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will do it.

Cookies and advertising

The application pages use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies and tells Meta when someone views these pages or sends an application, so we can see which of our adverts work and show them to people like the ones who apply.

When you apply, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, phone number, name and country, together with your device’s IP address and browser type, so Meta can match the application to an advert you saw. We never send your answers, your photos or anything about the work itself. Meta handles this under its own privacy policy.

You can stop ads based on this activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or block it with your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker. The rest of this website does not use the Meta Pixel.
